Quickstart
This guide takes you from zero to your first grounded answer. You’ll create an account, set up a brand profile, and run an AI chat — all in a few minutes.
Step 1 — Create your account
Section titled “Step 1 — Create your account”-
Go to ai.mixerlead.com and choose Sign up.

Enter your work email. You can sign up with:
- Email + verification code (OTP) — we email you a one‑time code.
- Magic link — we email you a secure sign‑in link.

Complete the human‑verification challenge and verify your email. A workspace is created for you automatically, and you become its admin.
Step 2 — Set up your brand
Section titled “Step 2 — Set up your brand”The Brand profile is what makes MixerLead’s output sound like you. It’s injected as context into chat, agents, and intel.

Open Settings → Brand Setup (or visit /settings/brand).

Fill in the essentials:
- Company name and value proposition
- Tone of voice (e.g. “Confident, plain‑spoken, no hype”)
- Target markets / ICP

Save. You can refine this any time — see Brand setup.
Step 3 — Run your first chat
Section titled “Step 3 — Run your first chat”-
Open AI Chat from the sidebar.

Leave the model on Auto (MixerLead picks a good model for the task), or choose a specific one from the picker.

Try a prompt grounded in your brand:
Write three LinkedIn post angles announcing our new feature.Use our brand tone and speak to our ICP. -
Press send and watch the response stream in. Useful output can be saved as an Artifact for reuse.
Step 4 — Ground answers in your knowledge
Section titled “Step 4 — Ground answers in your knowledge”Make answers cite your material instead of generic knowledge.

Open Knowledge Base and add a source — upload a file, add a URL, or crawl a site.

Wait for the status to reach Indexed.

Back in AI Chat, enable Use knowledge base and ask a question your document can answer. The reply includes a Sources used card with links.
